Had a lovely stay in this very central hotel. Great location tucked away in the Haagsche Bluf away from the noise of traffic and the surrounding shopping streets. The building is beautifully and tastefully furnished with retro furniture and collectible items. The rooms are equally tasteful and comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast too. The staff were friendly and helpful - excellent service - and we were handed a bag of goodies when we checked out! Loved it!

The room was nicely decorated and my stay was highly enjoyable. The location was perfect. The hotel is very close to the main attractions and the central station.
The staff were super friendly and they are definitely doing a great job. But you know what really surprised me? When I was checking out, they handed me some little snacks. It might seem like a small thing, but it's those little touches that make you feel appreciated. However, there was just a one minor downside: the shower and the bathroom base were on the same level, leading to some water accumulation after a shower. However, overall, I was genuinely impressed with my stay.
Fabulous is all I can say. Hotels like that should have a little extra star really. As there is hardly any comparison when it comes to its service. I even got a goody bag with snacks for the road and was offered to have my postcards sent. Really sweet crew. I only wish some corpo lady were not using the breakfast room as her zoom conference room but those kinds unfortunately are everywhere. Location can't be better, beautiful rooms, extremely comfortable beds and super clean modern bathrooms. I hope to be back there when I am in town again.
Unusual hotel with quirky furnishings and decor in rooms and public areas. The separate food hall in the outside square came in handy one evening. Breakfast was okay, with excellent bread rolls and nice butter. Meat and cheese selection average. They'll cook you egg dishes if you ask.
Unique and chic interior and clean rooms. Location is great as well. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. I left my rings in the hotel room after check out and the staff was very nice and helpful to get them back to me! Awesome service!
Such a hidden gem! Never would have expected something like that for such a small price. To start with, the location is super convenient and central, while at the same time being one street away from one of the maim streets and therefore reasonably calmer. You will only notice if your room faces the street and if the window is open.
The room was generous, well-equipped and comfy. Overall the interior is quite particular, I would say a mixture of classic grand hotel elegance and messy creative maximalism. Probably most surprising was how helpful, accommodating and friendly the staff was, who I felt did everything possible to respond to their guests' needs. Small little extras were the final touch - such as a little goodie bag we received when leaving. Absolutely unexpected and not necessarily needed but it was such a nice gesture.
